New Card Install Getting Stuck on Start up

I need some help
I Just Upgraded my graphics card from an Raedon 7750, to a Gigabyte
Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Windforce
It will boot but it will get to the Initial Boot Acer screen prior to the Windows Logo and freeze.
I am Able to boot without the card and change Settings What should i do?

Download and run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and remove everything related to AMD / ATI. Then install you're GPU and download latest drivers from http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx.
