new card not working. cannot disable integrated chipset.

bios is p01-a1
card is Zalman Radeon HD 7950
card is getting power, or at least fans are.
tried more things than i thought i knew about

So it is a prebuilt system? if i see it right the psu is only 300w and that is way too low + the psu's in prebuilt systems are not of the best quality either plz provide more information of all your parts.
