My Gigabyte gtx 560 soc has died after 4 and a half years of use and now I am thinking how to revamp my rig.
I'm short on money because this caught me out of guard so I need small improvements + a new card, most possibly a gtx 960 or the cheapest 970. Im considering a better air circuit, extra fans, maybe a better heat sink for using the K of my i5 2500k. An ssd is a good idea but its kind of out of priority an budget.

I want to know your ideas and recommendations even crazy ones.

i5 2500k default heatsink
dead gtx 560 soc
4*2 = 8GB kingston ram KVR1333D3N9/4G 1.5v
Gygabite ga-z68x-ud4-b3 mother board
2T caviar green hard disc
80 plus 650w cooler master
just 1 rear box fan
box thermaltake v3 black edition

you need to be overclocking that ivy bridge. they probably the best overclockers ever. much better than the minor perf increase on new systems. It will bring it up to near new performance.
Recommend the 970 for maxing 1080p games.

Then, apart from an SSD, your good.
