[SOLVED] New card with RGB

Brother's looking to replace his old 970 and he asked me to post for him.

He has a budget of £300-£400 and he's really into his RGB lighting.
Can anyone recommend a decent card with RGB capabilities?

This is his current spec.
MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
Ryzen 5 3600
Bitfenix Formula 750W

if you can wait, eventually the newer cards like rtx3070 or the new AMD cards can be a performance boost. Might be a bit more expensive though. Beginning @ £ 469
