New case, graphics cards and power supply

I have just upgraded my sons computer with a new case, power supply and graphics card. However when switched on all the fans stop after a few seconds.

I've tried a different graphics card and power supply but the same thing happens. The motherboard light does stay on.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

HI! Nickster78 can you provide all spec.and brand.and just to make sure,did you double check all wires?

Is the setup posting or are the fans just not switching on?

I haven't put everything back in the case yet still need to put the hard drive in, would this matter?

Everything is in but it's still doing the same. No signal to monitor either.
