New case, PSU, +1 GPU: Windows lost ton of device drivers??

Super confused here... All I did was move everything in my build to a new case except the CPU which was replaced, and added a GPU configured for 2-way SLI. The only component on the mobo that was temporarily removed was my raid controller card.

Now Windows is missing drivers for most of my key hardware, e.g. mouse, audio interface, wireless controller adapter. Display drivers seem to be fine, storage/raid configuration all seems fine. The OS is on an ssd separate from the raid drives. Anyone have any idea how this would happen?

No I don't think there was a BIOS reset, I have my cpu overclocked and all the settings are still present. It looks like the audio interface one was a false alarm; it wasn't the drivers; windows just switched my audio device to the on-board device I guess... Still not sure what happened with the mouse and wireless adapter, but I guess they're both probably just some weird quirk like that.

Hmm, I'll check that out. It's true that all devices that had issues were USB based, and were not using USB3 before where they are now, so it could very well be related to something like that.
