Question New Cloned storage data drive not working properly ?

Hello i recently upgraded my d drive as it was running low on space, i used a cloning program to clone the entire drive to a new drive, the clone was successful, after doing so i changed the new drive letter to the old drive letter and removed my old drive, unfortunately it seems like most of my programs do now want to start up from this drive, any idea how to fix this?

Most of the programs don't work, but some do. Is that correct?

Just files, programs, something else?
