new comp broken maybe

hey all,

i bought a comp :

tagan 900 watts
raptor 150 WD sata 1
asus striker extreme
8800 gtx leadtek
corsaire 6400 pro 2 giga
core duo 6600

i install everything but when i push power on, monitor stays off, after few seconds, i heard 4 beep (one long, and 3 small) then the comp keeps running but nothing happen. behind the unit i can read on the plasma screen CMOS ERP. what does that mean please ? and anyone knows what the beep mean ? i heart about keyboard issue but i doubt it, i tried with another one and i still have the same beeps..if my cpu or motherboard was dead would i hear these beeps, or would i have other sort of beeps ?

hey guys. do you know if there is a way to put my 8800 gtx on pci express 2 or 3 ? the number 2 is white, 3 blue.. cause when i plug the card in the pci express, 2 or 3, pc starts, and i can access bios, but after bios, it says to me that it has detected than my videocard is plugged into pci express 2 and want it back on pci express 1 :/ anyway to cheat with this ?
