What are the exact specs of the current system? Depending on age it may be possible to just upgrade the CPU and keep the existing RAM/MB.

What display/s are you using and do you intend to upgrade it/them in the near future? For a 1080 display a GTX1060 is fine but if you have, or want to move up to a 144Hz/1080 or 144z1440 we'll need to put more of the budget towards the graphics card.

Current spec :
CPU: i5 2500k,
MoBo: Gigabyte P67A UD3-B3,
GPU : MSI GTX 580 Twin Frozr
RAM : 1066 8gb
in the future i will be buying 120/144hz monitor when it comes to resolution it will be also 1920x1080

Not much we can do to upgrade the current setup...Still, it's always worth trying.
If you're going for that kind of display then Intel still have an advantage, although the updated Ryzen parts have caught up a lot, so much so that I'll ask two last questions: Do you regularly use multithreaded software, for example CPU rendering or video editing suites? Do you stream gameplay? If so you may want to trade off a little gaming performance against better rendering/editing/streaming performance, which is where an 8 core Ryzen part would shine.

1. I don't do video edits etc im completely against it.
2. I don't stream any games, im just into games alone,i want to play games with decent quality, that's all i expect from new setup besides, i dont see any point in upgrading partly my current spec, i just want to completely switch, it may cost a little but i will have a little beast in my case which is basically the target of the whole thread.

1: OK, looks like we're looking at an Intel build.
2: Again, OK, no streaming, so we're still looking at an Intel based build then. Just asking about the old build, we often get people posting with fairly current hardware where just moving from, say an i3 to an i5 would be enough of an improvement.

With so much happening with graphics cards at the moment I'll suggest you hold off on this purchase, prices have been massively inflated for the best part of a year now and are only just beginning to drop to normal, also the current RX580 is plenty good enough for 1080 gaming so I'll suggest doing the CPU/MB/RAM upgrade first and add a faster graphics card when you upgrade the monitor.

And what is your budget in Euro?
