New components but old PSU. Will there be a problem ?

Hi, i recently bought some new components:
Cpu: I5 6400
Gpu: R7 370 4gb editon
Ram: 8 gb ddr4 from HyperX
Motherboard: Asus B150-PLUS

The problem is that i was 50 dollars short and wasnt able to buy a new PSU, so i was wandering if there will be any problems if i will put my 4 year old 350W Psu or if i should hurry and make some money for a new one .(Sorry for my bad english)

I would definitely not attempt to run an i5 and an R7 370 on an old (and likely poor quality) 350w PSU. Get a quality unit like a Seasonic S12II 520w.
