Hi everyone,

I decided to buy new processor (i5 3570) and graphic card (gigabyte radeon HD 7870), however I have worries about if my PSU will be good with these.

So, my current PC will be:

Motherboard: ASRock H61M-S
Graphic Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870 OC
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570
Memory: 2x 4GB Kingston

My current PSU:
MODEL: A-650BR
En60950
AC input: 230VAC 10A 50-60Hz
650W

ONLY IF
my PSU will not be compatible with these specs, please give me some examples of new one, where I can spend about 30 pounds, however PSU doesn't have to be "the best" just need to run all specs - that's my requirement.

This PSU has only 500W, GPU needs 500W so it will take all of the power from PSU, what about motherboard and other components, I think that it should be around 600W or I am wrong.

@Joe96 no no no. you got that completely wrong. GPU uses 250W. what you probably read "minimum 500W PSU required" it means you need a atleast 500W PSU, so the GPU will take up 250W and leave 250W for CPU,HDD mobo etc.

CX series (original)
Cheap, budget-oriented units. Fixed cables, rated at 40C, mixed Japanese and Taiwanese caps, 80+, 3 year warranty.

CX400 - SeaSonic S12II (SS-***ES)

CX (v1) "Builder" series
Very cheap, budget-oriented units. Fixed cables, rated at 30C, mixed Taiwanese and Chinese caps, non-80+, 2 year warranty.

CX430 - CWT DSA-II (Note: unit is overrated, actually 380W)
CX500 - CWT DSA-II
CX600 - CWT DSA-II

CXv2 "Builder" series
Cheap, budget-oriented units. Fixed cables, rated at 30C, mixed Taiwanese and Chinese caps, 80+, 3 year warranty. Same as CXv1 but with upgraded switching components and +12V rectifiers.

CX430v2 - CWT DSA-II
CX500v2 - CWT DSA-II
CX600v2 - CWT DSA-II

And the one I mentioned is made by Seasonic the maker of top line PSU's. Solid build, good Japanese capacitors for long term reliability.
