New computer again....

Sooo im living in Dubai were AMD is not sold.I can ask for an import but that would take a few months and cost a lot more can u guys recommend a Intel core under 200$. I'd like to add that i won't overclock the CPU nor the GPU.I'll get the mother board according to which CPU i buy.Thanks for any suggestions
