Hey guys, I currently need help. I have an Audio Labs computer. It came with awful specs aside from the processor and case. So I bought some parts. I bought this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
8GB Ripjaws X series RAM
And a Rosewill 630 Watt Green PSU (Had 4.5 stars)
And I bought a Radeon 6570 .
I'm slowly in the upgrade process, but here's my problem.
The Audio Labs computer came with an Antec case, and it looks like it'll support a full ATX (screw holes about an inch away from the mATX), but right now I have a Micro ATX. I'm switching from Intel so I need to know
1.) Will my ram/GPU/PSU work on AMD.
2.) Will this case fit an ATX? (Will post pictures if needed.)
3.) BEST mATX or ATX AM3+ mobo under $90.
4.) Best AMD processor under $200.

That's it, please answer these questions. I'm always available to reply.
Budget: $250

Edit: Will you guys post the best build? Links and all please. Greatly appreciated. Love this site.

Solution
1. Yes, RAM, GPU and PSU aren't platform dependent.
2. If you can get the model of the case we can know, but most likely yes for what you just said.
3. For less than $90 you got the ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 at ~$80
4. For less than $200, you get the FX 8350 at ~$190

1.) Will my ram/GPU/PSU work on AMD. YES
2.) Will this case fit an ATX? (Will post pictures if needed.) Need to know more about the case to answer.
3.) BEST mATX or ATX AM3+ mobo under $90. Depends, who makes the best mobo is a matter of opinion. I like Gigabyte, though I have read ASrock has the best quality right now.
4.) Best AMD processor under $200. FX-8350

Alright, I can post a picture of my case. I might just go with a mATX motherboard, I'm hoping the 760 chipsets won't cause problem. Do you think it will?

No that chipset will work, but its not great for overclocking. The one Pepito linked to is a good one. Or if you can find an mATX with the same chipset you should go that route.

The AMD FX series is okay right? I'm planning on hosting a Minecraft server and playing at the same time with friends. I'm also planning on playing Call of Duty Ghosts and what not. My graphics card is my next upgrade. So is the processor and the ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 is an okay gaming rig correct? Not planning on OCing much because I'm using stock cooling.

It will make a great gaming rig, you will have more than enough head room to play those games on high settings.

Oh and I recommend getting an aftermarket cooler. This is a good deal and works, unless your case is low profile, then we can find a lo-pro fan instead.

Like I said, it'll probably be the stock cooler. And I have 10 inches for a graphics card then at 11 inches it hits my hard drive bay, I think I might be able to get an Nvidia 760 it should fit my case.

I don't think I have an 8 pin power connector for the motherboard you posted. I have two four pins on my PSU.
