New computer build blue screens at windows start

My new computer build gets a blue screen when I see the initial Windows splash and it automatically reboots. I think this is because I took over my old hard drive from my other computer and put it into this one. I have a new ssd as well and would like to know how to fix this/what the problem is

When migrating to a new system you should basically always do a fresh Windows install. Yes, there are ways around this, but to be safe I usually just do a clean install anyway. That way years of installing and uninstalling programs, drivers, etc goes away and you get a clean start for your new rig.
