New computer build does not start

Hello, I have assembled my new computer, but it does not seem to start, the specs are
Intel i7-6700k
ASUS H170M-Plus
Crucial 8 GB DDR 4
Gigabyte 1070GTX
Corsair 700 W
The stand-by led on the motherboard is on.
When I press the power button, the Gigabyte light on the graphics card lights up for a fraction of a second, then stops, and this doesn't happen again until after I don't unplug it and plug it again. The PSU starts, I started it manually connecting the ATX pins togheter.
I would appreciate any help, thank you.

Hi, Try testing the board outside the case. Try also posting here a picture of the board.

The problem was I had an old case and my card reader was connected via a PCI cable, I removed it, and it worked. Thank you anyway for answering
