New Computer Build...Feedback Please...$700-900
I've chose these 5 cases carefully...

any recommendations because this will be my first build and I am not familiar with build quality...manufacturer support..etc....

Location: U.S.

I haven't decided on a power supply or video card.....

I don't do much gaming....I might just use the integrated video since my brother just plays WOW.....

Open to suggestions on the cases and power supplies....

Cases are a personal preference when it comes down to it, just pick one that is large enough and you like the looks of.

You can get a better deal by parting out that combo,

Better ram with tighter timings

You can stick with the same HDD but if you dont need 1TB you can save another 10 by dropping down to the 640GB WD Caviar Black, it should actually give you better performance

If you are just using integrated you can get by with the corsair 400cx, it can even run up to a 4670

the processor is better...what do you mean about the better timings on the ram...?...is it the 7-7-something...

the timings on the ram are how long it takes to access a bit of data in the ram. with 1600MHz ram the one with a cas latency of 7 takes 4.4 nanoseconds to get to a bit, the one with a latency of 9 takes 5.6 nanoseconds, granted the numbers are tiny but when that is done a few billion times it adds up. Basically smaller numbers on faster ram is better.

I like that combo and the one with the 720, you will find i have posted them alot.

How dare you question the carefully choosen words of the great hunter315. 😛
He's got you well covered.

The only option I could offer is if you are getting a 4670, you have the option for the 770 chipset mobo for a little less. Not as great of an overclocker, but still good.
