I'm putting together a new computer. I want it to be beefy enough for moderate to above moderate use, smooth Photoshop performance and maybe light gaming. Looking to stay around/under $600. Also, a focus on future expansion and upgrade. I'm looking for value for price and that the components will play well together. This should be EVERYTHING that I need right?

I liked that the motherboard had four memory slots and usb3.0 but I read that the motherboard may take single sided memory only or needs single sided memory if you use all 4 sticks... or something. Not really sure what that means.

It's only $42 after rebate and has 40 amps on a single 12v rail, enough for your system unless you want to overclock. The rebate offer is for today only.

I still recommend you skip the rosewill ps and get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371044. If you can't afford it now, newegg should offer it on special sooner or later as a shellshocker deal or email promo. I would register for their email promos if you haven't yet. The 500w version would also be plenty for your system, or the 520w neo series.
