Hey guys!

I bought a brand new setup and assembled it this afternoon. Once i was done i went to turn on the computer and everything was fine but had no display. Uninstalled piece by piece to check for sounds but it doesn't even make any sounds when i remove parts from the rig. Also removed the round battery thing on the board and placed it back after, i think it had something to do with a reset. I'm not super advanced so hopefully someone can help me out here. Little sidenote: The HDD has no windows on it.

Here is a list of my parts:

Mobo: MSI B350M gaming pro
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
Graphics card:MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GT OC
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5
Power supply: Xilence XN052 500W black
HDD: Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB
RAM: Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX 1x8gb 2400
