New computer build wont post

Hello,
I have taken my time putting this all together, making sure i got everything in correctly, I powered it up... no post beep.
I've checked everything multiple times and can't figure out what the problem is.
I've made sure the ram is completely in
I tried both onboard and dedicated video card
Tried HDMI, and VGA on 2 different monitors,
The 20+4 pin power is fully in, the 4 pin connector is in, I have no idea what the problem is. Taking any advice.

I tried those steps multiple times, I think its either the processor or the motherboard :/ I am RMA'ing the motherboard first to see if that fixes it.
