I just got done building a new PC (all new parts) and I am having an issue. Here are the specs:

• Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz LGA 1151 Boxed Processor
• Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI LGA 1151 ATX Intel Motherboard
• Corsair Carbide Series 300R Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
• SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze EVO Edition 520W

When I hit the power button it will light up for about 20-30 seconds then shutdown completely and then power up again. It keeps doing this over and over.

I can't even get any type of video on the display through the VGA port to see what is going on. I don't think this has an internal speakers so I don't hear any type of boot codes and without a display I can't see it post.

All the fans are powering on (including the heat sink).

I have tried it with and without memory and also with and without a SSD/HDD.

Anything else I should be checking? Seems like all the connections are in there properly since it's getting power.

which ram model you have? is it a dual channel kit
Yes it is. Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB 2 x 8GB DDR4-2400 (PC4-19200)
It is doing the same thing with no memory.

no gpu card? only the integrated? Yes only integrated. I tried both VGA and DVI with the same results.

do you have stock cpu cooler or aftermarket one?? stock CPU cooler

One other thing to add. After about 20 seconds or so I hear what I can only describe as a very low faint thumping sound then about 10 seconds later it powers off. And if I leave it plugged it then it will keep repeating these steps.
