new computer, can't install windows 7 x64 in eufi mode

Hai guys,

I had a problem with the installation windows 7 x64 in eufi mode, i've tried a variety of ways but in the end the results is reboot and select proper boot device.

iam using:
asus sabertooth z170 mark 1
wd blue 1 tb
optical drive dvd from asus

somebody help me plzz... thank you

what is your windows 7 installed on?

most the time you just go into your bios an select boot from whatever device uefi.

windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

i did but still the result is reboot and select proper boot device

Is this a USB drive or dvd disk you are using to install?

"optical drive dvd from asus"- can be read two ways. you have a dvd drive from asus or you have a windows dvd disk from asus.
