New Computer Company

Hey, I'm wondering what all you guys (or gals) out there would be looking for in a new computer company? Things to differentiate us from CyberPowerPC, Ibuypower, and any others that i can't name off the top of my head. I wouldn't be starting this company for a while, as I'm still in middle school. I would likely start it after i get out of college. But it's good to plan ahead eh'? Any suggestions will be noted and saved for later as I value your advise.

In any business, only one thing is of the utmost importance - "To satisfy the customer".

If this is done well, everything else will fall in place.

Yeah, I've read so many complaints about customer service and the like about companies on the EGG that I know I don't want to be like them in that regard.

You are right!

Some people think that the objective of a business is to make profits. This is not true. The objective of a business is to satisfy the customer. Profits are the result of satisfying the customer.

Satsify the customer and make sure to listen to their needs when they are ordering. Be smart when ordering supplies in order to keep overhead down. Treat your employees good and make the work enviroment fun. When I help a friend or familly member buy or build a computer I make sure it fits THIER needs.

There are many small computer shops that just dont do a good service to there customers. They seem to be there one year and gone the next. If you ever go in one look at the junk they sell at the price. Be very smart in your inventory and get the technical field to praise you.
