Hey all, running into an issue with a new build. Here's a parts list for starters:

Mobo: ASUS PRIME X370-A
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S tower cooler
GPU: no graphics card yet
RAM: 2x8GB (only one inserted for debugging)
PSU: Seasonic 620W 80+Bronze
PCI-e: TP-Link AC1300 wireless card
I've already tested the power cord, hdmi cord, and monitor with other devices.

As of right now, I can flip the PSU switch and I'll get red light effects on the mobo (I'm assuming this means it's getting power). I've double-checked both ends of the mobo power cord and cpu power cord. For now, I've put only one stick of RAM in (in the slot recommended by my mobo manual for single-stick configuration).

Everything feels nice and tight, All the case fans and the cpu cooler start up when I hit the power button (as do the case lights). But for some reason, nothing shows up on my monitor when I power it on. I tried removing the RAM to debug, and it makes it so that it can't be turned off by the power button (I have to flip the PSU switch). So I think that means it's at least recognizing that the RAM is missing.

Thoughts? Could it be a bad mobo/cpu? (I can post pics if needed)
