New Computer (First)

Hi everybody! I'm new...I am planning on building my own computer on a 900-1100 dollar budget, and I have a few ideas. Still, I'm relatively new to computer building and that kind of stuff, so I need some help to build a Gaming-Limited Everyday use computer:

1. Do I have ALL needed parts? (please list parts still needed)
2. Are the parts good when compared to my budget?
3. If I am missing a part, show me how I can fit it in my budget. (This means what to cut away from and how much, and how much to pay to add)
4. I already have a mouse, keyboard, and screen.
5. Please suggest NOT ONLY hardware, but software as well.

I will sort of understand complex computer terminology (lolz) but please explain, since I am willing to learn!

Upgrade path seems unclear. 750 Watt PSU for ...?
If you are not planning to put anymore $$ into the build afterwards, an i3 2100 + 560Ti/7850 (read better GPU, I'm not sure which one though) would perform better in gaming.

A quick 5 minutes on newwegg.com

CPU: dual core with HT allows for lots of non-multithreaded applications (perfect for web/email/games, not so good at video editing, Pro/Enthusiast Photoshop). You don't overclock do you?
Mobo: Solid with everything you might need - USB3, tonnes of features.
RAM: Cheap but solid DDR3 1600 RAM. Easy. Edit: DUH. i3 can't use that frequency. Eh, it will run at 1333 fine, or you can get cheaper 1333 rated.
GPU: Will run BF3 Ultra (1920x1080) at 40fps. Enough said.
PSU: Solid with reputable brand. Plenty of Amps on 12V Rail (for GPU).
The rest is your personal taste! (The mobo has 7.1 sound, so i'm iffy on a sound card - spend that money on a quiet CPU cooler!)

Do you need a sound card? I would get rid of it and use the money towards windows 7 home premium 64 bit

All integrated on the motherboard! I personally have the extreme 4 and the sound quality is pretty awesome! They have optical audio, 7.1 audio, and regular usb ports for audio.

Yes, though later on I would switch from the i3-2100 to an ivybridge i5 or i7 cpu.
