I am looking to build a computer with a dual-monitor for the following office usage:

- Minor Photoshop and video editing
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Internet Browsing
- Playing videos and music

Computer should be able to handle multi-tasking with multiple programs being opened.

Budget is around $600 - $700 not including the monitors

I would go for the triple core, much faster, and you'd still be under budget.
