New Computer FREEZES help please!

Hello,
My newly built computer after about a month or 2 freezes after i start up the computer. It goes to the desktop and about 15 seconds later freezes, leaving me unable to move the mouse and open task manager, ctrl+alt+del or anything.


I run safe mode and it works fine, not sure if it would freeze later or anything, but hasn't frozen yet.

My computer specs:

intel i7 930
asus p6x58d-e motherboard
850w corsair psu
1tb western digital hdd
sapphire radeon hd 5850 toxic edition
6gb g.skill ripjaw ram

so is it the actual pc freezing or the mouse and keybaord stuffing up. because if your using a logitech keybaord and mouse, there has been known issues with drivers and windows 7. so let me know what it is
