Hi guys,
I got a new pc some 15 days back...
Specification : I7 6700k @ 4.0 Ghz
Gigabyte Z170 M-D3H Motherboard
Zotac gtx 970
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 16GB RAM
Corsair 650W PSU
Windows 10 Pro ( 64 bits )

Ok so i didnt buy it online...
I got my pc .. Hopped into bf4 .. and my pc just got stuck at some scene after like 15 mins of gameplay...[ cant use keyboard , mouse ..just had to main switch turn it off ] ..
my pc gets stuck only in games and not when im browsing or some stuff
so I thought maybe because it is a pirated version of the game, Im having problems...So i tried playing CS GO on steam and got the same thing again...I called the person i got my computer from
He put his gtx 550 and it ran smooth , so we thought maybe my gtx 970 is a problem...and we replaced it...( the problem continued tho ) .. so he put my 970 on his pc and it ran smoothly...then we replaced my psu with his and still the problem continued...tried changing OS but the problem remained...tried changing the RAM slots ( initially had 2 8gb sticks in 1 and 3 ...so put them in 2 and 4 ) ..didnt work either...then we tried updating drivers...nothing worked...So we took my CPU to the NVIDIA service center..and I tried using it there...but it ran really smooth for 3 hours something.....and he also ran a few softwares like Unigine_Heaven , HWmonitor xyz and everything was perfect...The processor and GPU temperatures are also average....So The Nvidia guy told me that if you dont have proper earthing , switch boards or something then this could probably happen...so I called the electrician and he put a new switch board and new wiring right from the metre board into my room ( with all the earthing and stuff ) ...
The problem didnt continue after that for some 10 days or something...So i became sure that it was my wiring perhaps...Now it has started again today...Called the electrician and he confirmed that the wiring is perfect and there is no loose connections or something...
Now im thinking that it could be a faulty spike guard? ( because i didnt take it to the Nvidia office )
Havent checked it yet though...
Need help guys 🙁
thanks in advance.
