Planning to buy the following -

Cooler Master HAF 912 Combat Transparent Side Panel Mid Tower Cabinet

Zotac Nvidia GTX 970 AMP Extreme Edition

ASUS Maximus VII Hero Motherboard

G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL)

Already got a Intel i5 4670

Also I already have a 600 watt PSU which has PCI-e 6+6+2 and the graphics card has a supplementary power connectors - 2x6 pins. Will that be a problem?

Is everything compatible with each other?

Do let me know. Thanks.

The card needs 2 PCI-e connections for power. You seem to have a 6 and a 6+2, so that should be good. The system as a whole will use around 300W unless you plan to overclock your 4670 (is it a K?)

If you plan SLI and want to add a second GTX970, you need more power (and more power cables on your PSU)

What power supply do you have now?

Power Supply - Circle Raw Power 600 watts.
I don't have any plans to add another GTX970.
Also the processor is just a 4670.(not a K)
