My computer is 8 days old and just died. Just reading Facebook the screen went blank.
I tried to turn back on and nothing happens. No fans are running doesn't even try to POST.

Main power on/off, I tried 3 different outlet. SO I was pretty sure it was my Powersupply since it seemed dead: EVA SuperNova 750 Gold. So I switch this out for a Consair 750 power supply and
zero differences. Memory is seated good, Tried switching memory and tried just one stick - no change. Now I am thinking motherboard. All plugs are secured, I also tried to reset the Motherboard to defaults, did not help.

Does any ideas come to mind? I sure thought Power Supply, but now I am sure it's not.

The computer worked fine for 8 days.

Thoughts?
And thank you,

Solution
Try starting the board outside the case, only CPU and CPU cooler installed, both 24 and 8 pin cables connected. No other wires/cables/components.
Start the board by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the board corresponding to the case power button. If the CPU fan does not spin, then it might be a dead board.
