Question new computer lags and freezes really bad ondead by daylight

that is the comp i purchased 2 months ago like the first 1 week it ran fine then started lagiing upon DBD startup and a little into the game maybe 20 mins before it clears up i also play Wow and its has started getting a little laggy so i guess my question is is my computer not up to par to play those games or something else wont lie a complete newbie at anything computer ty again for the help it also freezes for a couple seconds in dead by daylight now sure if that helps
