Hello,
I just got a new computer for gaming. Finally upgraded from a laptop, but there seems to be a problem. On my new computer I am having a major issue with frame rates. I TRIED playing CS:GO but I was only getting 20 frames. I tried H1Z1 also shitty frames. I went to task manager and it seems CS:GO is only bringing the CPU anywhere from 2-10%.
My specs to the PC are down below.
Intel® Core™ i7 - 3770K (3.5 Ghz)

Intel® Desktop Board DH77SL-50K

Intel® HD Graphics 4000(looking to upgrade soon)

8GB of RAM(2 by 4)

500 watt power supply

Running Windows 10

All drivers are up to date.

Solution
Your lack of frames is entirely because you don't have a dedicate GPU.
You can likely run those games on the lowest settings and at a lower resolution, but they still won't run very good on integrated graphics.
Integrated graphics is so you don't have to buy a GPU just to browse the web, watch videos, and type up word documents.
