New Computer Motherboard + CPU

Hello. I would like everyone's opinion on this based on experience. It's about that time that I want to upgrade my motherboard and processor. I know what processor I want.
The Intel i7 4930k. Now to match this I need a new motherboard. I will require an LGA 2011 motherboard. Which motherboard for 200-300 dollars would you guys recommend?
Other PC Specs include:
2 GTX 760 (SLI 2x)
700w PSU
16 GB of Ram(Corsair)
Operating system:
Windows 8.1 64 Bit

Look at the Asus P9X79 or the P9X79 LE both are good mobos that should make you happy - great for OCing and handling DRAM
