New Computer, no post beeps, no display. Tried sticky

Just built a new computer and wasn't able to get it to display, post or hold power down.
I've tried everything from the sticky post.
I'm not sure if my motherboard can even post beeps apparently.
Tried literally everything i can think of.. removed ram sticks, changed gpu's, changed ram, removed cpu and checked connections, removed cmos battery, changed PSU's, breadboarded system.

Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-D3
Graphics: GTX 550ti and tried HD 7750 (both work, tested on other computer)
Ram: Corsair Vengence, two other lots of cheap samsung and random brands.
HDD: 500gb 7200rpm (works other computer)
PSU: factory 300w and infinity modular 800w psu (both work, tested in other computer)

I am stumped... i think i'm going to need to buy a new motherboard.

Which PSU are you using?

Also tried with 1 RAM stick and cpu+cooler?

I have tried both PSU's which both work.. and i have tried the 1 ram stick with cpu +cooler.
neither worked ( no beeps)

Ok, did you try using one RAM Stick on another slot as SaberTooth said?

Try connecting a case speaker to the motherboard, start it without RAMs and see if the CPU fan does spin and if any beeps. If no beeps, I'd RMA both motherboard and CPU.
