Question New computer nothing showing up on screen

Hey guys,
So new PC all light on and fans running including cooler and graphics card fans.
However my display is not showing anything is connected via HDMI port
i'm using a Samsung hdtv as a screen switching between old and new computer no problums with the old computer connecting.
First computer iv'e ever built so please and thank you

cpu intel core i7 9700k 3.6 ghz octa core
power supply ecga 750w g380+ modular gold
ram Corsair cmk 12gx4m2b3200c16 vengeance lpx 16 gb (2x8) ddr4
cooler ventirad msi core frozr s 6324
graphics card; msi geforce rtx 2060 ventus

tv connected to the rtx 2060?

go the pci power plug in for the gpu?

iv'e tried the tv connection to both sockets just but i know it is supposed to be running off rtx.
do you mean got the pci-e power plug ?
The power supply didn't come with a pci-e plug it came with VGA plugs instead iv'e had to plug one of thous in.
