New computer problems

I recently got a new PC and swapped the hard drive over I cannot get it to load it. win 10 and I used to have a raid setup in it. I reset bios
Installing to drive tells me it is locked.

Because on your previous computer you had a profile set, you need to put it back into your old computer, delete all user profiles and any boot up passwords, then you will be able to transition it over.
