New Computer: Random Voltage drops

I've just recently build a new computer with the following

Motherboard: Asus Rampage III Gene
Processor: i7 950 @ 3.07GHz
RAM: Corsair DDR3 8GB Dual Channel
Video Card: Radeon HD 6950 1 GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16
Power Supply: Antec EarthWatts EA750 750W ATX12V
DVD: Lite-On CD/DVD Burner Bulk Black SATA MOdel iHAS123-04
HDD: WEstern Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0 Gb/s 3.5''

Once I've started it up though, I keep getting these warning messages from the motherboard software and I have no what they mean. The messages are . . .

IOH Voltage 0
IOH Voltage 35
IOH PCIE Voltage 0.226
CPU Voltage 0.226
DRAM Buss Voltage 0.005
QPI/DRAM Voltage 0
CPU PPL Voltage 0
QPI/DRAM


These aren't exactly what I keep getting. Sometimes I'm told the voltage is .005 or something. Is it possibly power supply failure? Alot has to do with the voltage dropping to 0 but then it just goes back on up and I don't know why. Thanks alot for any help you guys can shed

My advice is to TRASH that crappy mobo software (ASUS Probe) ASAP. Reboot to BIOS, look at the voltages & see if there's any fluctuation over 5%. If not, you have nothing to worry about.
