Question New Computer, Severe Lag

Hello, I just built my computer less than 2 months ago, and it's already starting to lag. I look at task manager and the disk usage always goes super high when I'm opening programs and sometimes just randomly. Is there a way to fix this besides reinstalling Windows? Thanks!
