[SOLVED] New computer stopped recognizing half its installed RAM ?

Hello, I just received a custom built computer and all was good for a couple days but now it's acting like I only have 16GB RAM instead of 32GB.

Windows only recognizes 16GB
BIOS only see 2 modules for a total of 16GB
hwinfo64 sees all 4 memory modules

I have gone into msconfig. "max memory" was already unchecked but I did check it, delete the numbers, check it again, apply the changes, and restart.

I'll likely contact my builder for support tomorrow, but does anyone have any bright ideas for a fix?

Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2
CPU: Ryzen 9 5950x
GPU: RX 5700xt
Memory: 4x8GB G Skill F4-3600C19-8GVSB

If all RAM is not seen in BIOS, nothing else including OS will see it. First thing I would do is to reset CMOS. If still doesn't see it all, it's possible that it wasn't seated properly, got unseated or just simply died (one module or both).
