Question New computer won’t post

So I built my new computer earlier this week and it didn’t boot, i asked on here and someone suggested a bios update, and it worked, i booted into bios, set my xmp profile, and then i noticed only one stick of ram was showing up, so i shut it down, reseated my ram, and rebooted only to find it wasn’t posting. It’s an Asus B550f, so it has indicator lights, and the green one is showing up, which is the BOOT led. I have no idea how to fix this so any help would be appreciated

Strix b550f on latest bios
16 gig 2x8 3200mhz ram
gigabyte rtx 2060
750 watt gold psu
