New computer won’t turn on, HELP.

I have just built my computer but when I turned it on all fans and lights turned on for at most half a second then went out again. I then took it apart put it back togeather again multiple times but each time I had the same issue. I am confident that I have built it properly. I tested each component by removing them and trying again and trying different ones if possible but no luck.

I have ran through the troubleshoot guide that is already on the site and done it step by step.

Core i7 4.0ghz 6700k lga1151
GTX 1050 2gb
2X8Gb Corsair vengeance ddr4
Gigabyte H110-D3A Lga 1151 mobo
EVGA 600w psu
1TB HDD
Kolink luminosity midi tower case

The only component I haven’t been able to test is the motherboard, without putting it in another PC how would I test it. Could it be a problem with the motherboard at all?

Breadboard the system and use only one stick of ram. Inspect the CPU socket for any bent/broken pins.

Now, why would you pair an i7-6700K with a crippled H110 chipset board? You should've gone with a Z170/Z270 chipset and a DDR4-3200MHz ram kit.

Would using my processor with the motherboard I have cause the computer to not turn on or is that just a suggestion? Additionally exactly is the problem with the RAM? By the way thank so much for the help.
