New Computer Won't Boot Into BIOS

I have checked to make sure all the wiring is properly plugged in, checked connections, plugged in display into both the motherboard and the graphics card. Green LED is light on the motherboard. All fans start up the computer looks like it is running,

It needs BIOS 0701 on the mobo before it'll support that CPU

AMD AthlonX4 860K (FM2+, AD860KXBI44JAA, 4C, rev.A1, 3.7GHz, L2:2M, 95W) ALL 0701

This is the 2nd to last BIOS on the ASUS site. If this isnt on the mobo now, it wont do anything

If this is the case you'll either have to take it into a shop ask them to flash the BIOS with a CPU the mobo does support, then put the 860K back in

Or buy a CPU it supports then do it

You may need to update your BIOS to the latest version as the X4 860 isn't natively supported :
