new computer wont boot properly

I just built my pc and when I go to turn it on everything turns on for a few seconds then it seems to reset and turn back only after a moment. when I check my monitor It says it has no signal. What could be the proplem so I can boot it up and get windows installed on it.

Could be several things, if you got more then 1 memory module try disconnecting one and run it and then swap.
