new computer wont even boot to bios

hello guys.
Yesterday my fellow built up a new computer of mine. Thing is it doesnt even boot to bios.
I was wondering if anybody can help me.

Have whoever build the system for you check over what they did. Unless they used a junk power supply, there is something not hooked up right or plugged into the wrong spot. No way to check without looking at the system, it can be pretty much anything, a lose RAM stick, video cord in the wrong place, CPU not in properly, drive not attached properly, something damaged while installing, etc..

Try clearing CMOS. That may help when new build doesn't want to boot up.
