Just recently built a pc and everything was powered and working correctly fans were spinning, everything was lighting up etc etc.
After receiving my ram today I connected it in the slot and still the pc had failed to post boot (red light on motherboard), after troubleshooting I had deduced it was because the cpu power connector was not connected (rookie mistake) and so I went to connect. Immediately after connecting it and pushing the power button the computer had turned on then shut off nearly instantly (although I had noticed the led on the motherboard was still red before it shut down) and now it won't turn back on again at all.
Specs:
Cpu: Intel g4560
Gpu: gigabyte GeForce 1050ti
Hdd: western digital 1tb
Psu: evga 400watts
Fans: 4 cooler master green led cooler fans
Ram: ballistic sport 8gb
What I'm wondering is if anyone has any idea where I went wrong? Is the Psu too weak? Do you need more information?
