NEW Cooler Master XtraFlo 120mm not working PLEASE HELP

i just bought a new cm xtraflo case fan to install it on my side panel of my case. It has a 4 pin connector i connected it to my mobo where it says 'Sys_Fan' but its not spinning no led lights either my other 2 case fans are working perfectly fine coz i connected them to psu but the adapter theres no other connector for connecting this CM fan in my psu please help.

amd fx 6300
corsair vengeance 4 gb ram

Sounds like a dead fan, return it to the shop if possible. Try connecting it to the PSU directly to see if it works. If it does that sys fan header may be broken.
