Im relatively new to pc gaming and after the few first months theres one thing I can't stand anymore and its the noise of the ryzen 5 3600 stock cooler. The constant noise is getting old fast and im in the marker for a new cpu cooler but I just don't know which route to go. I was leaning towards bequiet because noise is the main factor im looking at but I just don't know what I can buy that will fit in my pc without interfering with other parts. I also want it to do its job of cooling though so any advice or suggestions will help. If it does any good here is my setup: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/STATICj3t/saved/rctDcf

Hello there!
Yes the stock ryzen coolers keep the cpu cool but at the cost of noise you don't need to spend alot, get any from the following
Ps: wasn't able to see your link as it's a private saved list

I would recommend you get a better (6 pipe) cooler, like one of these:
Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B 51.17 CFM CPU Cooler (SCMG-5100) - PCPartPicker
be quiet! Dark Rock 4 CPU Cooler (BK021) - PCPartPicker
Scythe Ninja 5 43.03 CFM CPU Cooler (SCNJ-5000) - PCPartPicker

I have the Scythe Ninja 5 on my 3700x and it keeps it cool and is essentially silent.
I think I may very well go for the Scythe Mugen 5. Thanks for the help. I hope this one will be quiter in terms of noise haha.

Their site states it will fit up to a 160mm CPU cooler.
darkFlash DLM21 MATX Pink Computer Gaming Case

And the Scythe Mugen 5 Rev B is 154.5 mm tall so it will fit.
Scythe | CPU Cooler | Mugen 5 Rev. B | United States (scytheus.com)

The Scythe Ninja 5 is 155 mm tall so it would fit as well:
Scythe | CPU Cooler | Ninja 5 | United States (scytheus.com)

The Dark Rock 4 is 159.4 mm tall so it would be a Very tight fit:
DARK ROCK 4 silent high-end Air coolers from be quiet!
This is actually very helpful, thank you very much.

Thank you for the advice, I think I will go with Noctuas NH-U12S.

Yeah I really like it.
But it is Huge !!!
I have a Full Tower case so it fits in mine with plenty of room to spare (2-3 inches).

But in a Mid tower case it would probably be a tight fit.
You would definitely need to measure (it's 182 mm wide).
Or you could remove the rear fan (move it to the top maybe) and let the cooler act as the exhaust.

Here's a pic of it in my Rosewill Rise Glow Full Tower Case:
