New Corsair Mouse - ICUE Idle Game Autoclicker Makes CPU 90%

So, I got a new mouse, and to try out the ICue software, I set it so that it'd click every 20ms constantly. (I've got carpal tunnel already, so clicking quickly would be a problem right now.)

For some reason, this makes my CPU go up to above 90%, and my clicks don't register fully on Chrome.

Any idea why and how I can fix that?

This is a temporary thing, I don't plan on staying with idle clicker games, just wanted to try the software.

I have a Gigabyte Aero 14 Laptop, i7-6700HQ
GeForce GTX 1060
16GB Ram
