New corsair PSU and my motherboard compatibility

Do I have the correct pin slots and everything to hook-up this PSU? I'm concerned cause my mobo is a bit out-dated and is a budget board.

Yes. If you are using a cpu on the "cpu support" list and the correct ram, then your setup should work with the corsair power supply. Newer power supplies are backwards compatable with older boards.
