New Corsair TX650V2 giving shocks

New Corsair TX650V2 giving shocks when i touch the screws that hold the fan to the psu only. Little worried. I found this out during a preliminary Paper Clip Test.
Any quick help would be highly appreciated.

does it happen with the PSU power switch in the off position?

No it happens in on position when the PSU fan is spinning

I'd say RMA it because that is not normal!

Is the PSU plugged into a properly wired and grounded AC outlet?

And now that fkcg piece of s**t is tripping its own power breaker, called my electrician and checked every household connection and everything was all right, will take it to the shop for hand to hand replacement for a same new sealed box.

Could be caused by a solder ball or loose screw stuck under the PSU's circuit board.

It might be but it is not wise to open up a PSU. Better to get a refund and replace it with an xfx (or any psu made by seasonic / rebranded seasonic). Ever since corsair moved from seasonic to CWT the quality of the power supplies has dropped a lot.

The Corsair CMPSU-650TXV2 is made by Seasonic.

Got a new sealed TX650V2 today and its running fine.
