You could skip the Hyper 212 BE cooler since the CPU comes with one, but the Hyper 212 BE would be better.
You could reuse your old 1TB HDD instead of buying a new 2TB one. I'm not sure how old your 1TB is.
Don't NEED an RGB fan for the rear exhaust, but I threw it in there to keep with the aesthetic.

AMD is pretty proud of their 5000 series CPUs. Don't expect to get a Ryzen 5600 for the same price as a Ryzen 3600 (it was similar with 2600 -> 3600). That said, as Ryzen 5000 trickles into the markets, you will probably see Ryzen 3000 CPUs decrease in price a bit.
